About This Space

LadyDork is my personal narrative space.

It’s where I share reflections after they’ve been lived and digested; about grief, faith, love, identity shifts, and the quiet work of becoming more honest with myself.

This isn’t a place for answers, advice, or instruction. It’s a space for presence and truth. If you’re here, you’re not looking to be fixed. You’re looking to feel less alone in your inner life.

Shared Space

From time to time, this work moves into physical space through small community gatherings. These are quiet, intentional moments for people to come together, slow their pace, and sit alongside one another without expectation.

They’re not about intensity or performance. They’re about being in the room, in your body, and in honest relationship, with yourself and with others.

When You’re Ready for More Support

This space is for reflection and presence. It’s where I write, process, and make meaning.

Some people come here simply to read and sit with what’s shared. Others reach a point where they want more structure, education, or supported practice.

When that happens, there are other spaces I’ve created, each with a clear purpose and pace, designed for deeper learning and intentional support.

“The first revolution is when you change your mind about how you look at things, and see there might be another way to look at it that you have not been shown.”

What people are saying…

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up for inner(G) Awakening retreat. I just knew I wanted to go! Peru is absolutely beautiful. I loved everything about it and want to go back. Sanaa is an amazing, chill, woman and I feel truly blessed that I was able to experience this last week. Thank you for holding space for all of us! The community of people that attended were all human beings who I want to continue to know. I learned so much about people in such a short time. There was not one negative thing about this week
