Meet the person behind the brands.

Hi, I’m Dr. Sanaa Jaman.
You may have found me through yoga, retreats, or my writing. Those were never separate paths, they were different seasons of learning how to live with grief, identity shifts, and the moments that quietly ask us to change.

What I’m focused on now is integration.

Not collecting insight, but letting it show up in real life. In how patterns soften. In how choices become more conscious. In how we stay with ourselves instead of reacting.

My work centers on helping people understand their inner world with clarity and awareness, not to fix themselves, but to relate to their lives with more honesty, capacity, and care.

Sacred Experiences

This video shares pieces of a retreat in Peru, not as a recap or a highlight reel, but through the words of the people who were there. What you hear are real moments spoken as they were lived.

These reflections aren’t about what looked profound in the moment. They’re about what lingered. The ways people learned to stay with themselves more gently, make different choices, and listen more closely to their hearts.

For me, this is what the work is really about. Creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, steady enough to stay present, and supported enough to carry what they discover back home with themnot as a peak experience, but as something that continues to shape how they live.
