Day 1: Welcome

Arrivals at Anamaya Boutique Hotel & Health Resort

Welcome dinner at Anamaya’s world-class restaurant dedicated to creating tasty, healthy meals using local organic ingredients

Day 2: Connect to Heart

Breakfast

Welcome Ceremony to set positive intentions for the retreat ahead, as well as become familiar with each other and the beautiful oasis that will be our home for the next eight days.

Flow with Intention: A gentle vinyasa flow inviting you to fully arrive - body, mind & spirit into this paradisal space. Allow this guided movement practice to ground you into the present moment so that you may commence your retreat from a place of personal strength and stability.

Lunch

Workshop: “Heart Mapping & Strengthening Your Intuition”

In revealing we are able to begin the process of healing. Join this group mentoring session to collectively discuss the numerous fears, doubts, and blockages that prevent us from aligning with our heart’s truest desires.

Free Time: For reflection, integration & Exploration

Day 3: Nourish the Heart

Breakfast

Nourish and Flourish your Heart: A back-bending yoga practice to create both physical and energetic space in and around the heart center. With the heart more expansive and open to life, it becomes easier to dive deeper into a journey of growth and healing.

Lunch

Workshop: “Open your Heart to the Unknown/Surrender” Join this mentoring session to support you in opening your heart to embrace the beautiful mystery of life. Discover for yourself how, in learning to surrender into a space of co-creation with the universe, doors will easily open in both your inner and outer worlds.

Dinner

Full Moon Ceremony: “Accept and Release” A crucial element in creating and manifesting your heart’s deepest desires is accepting the things that work and relinquishing the things that do not. Allow this powerful ritual to make space for the new as you release what no longer serves under the majestic Costa Rican full moon.

Day 4: Align the Heart

Breakfast

Hip Openers: An intentional yoga practice designed to stretch and release through the hips - the home of our innate creativity. With a balanced sacral chakra, we more easily realize and embrace our unique talents to express the life we want to lead.

Lunch

Workshop: “Manifestation - Creating your List and Aligning Yourself with it”

Stop putting your dreams and desires on hold and get clear on how to rebuild yourself in a way that is in alignment with your highest good. This group mentoring session will teach you how to enhance your intuitive abilities so that you may manifest the life you deserve.

Free Time: For reflection, integration & Exploration

Day 5: Find your Balance

Breakfast

Balance your Heart and Mind: A practice combining balancing breathing techniques and postures to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. It’s from this place of attunement that we develop more clarity of our heart’s desire.

Lunch

Group Discussion: An authentic, safe space to discuss all that may have come up during previous sessions both personally and collectively. Feel supported and guided as you express, receive, and draw conclusions regarding your next steps.

Free Time: For reflection, integration & Exploration

Day 6: Expand the Heart

Breakfast

Expand your Practice: An opportunity to deepen and grow your physical practice in a safe, supportive environment. Break down your favorite yoga postures and develop a strong foundation to advance them to the next level.

Lunch

Workshop: “Expand your vision” A priceless opportunity to think beyond the constructs of our self-limiting mind and dream BIG! Begin designing your most ideal life, and start feeling it to be true. Leave this workshop with the guidance and skills required to tap into your highest self and start living your best life.

Stretch and Release: A slow-paced yin yoga practice designed to release any residual tensions from both your body and mind so that you may return home feeling open and receptive to life.
