Saturdays: March 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th at 10-11 am est

Calm & Restore: Meditation + Yin Yoga for Deep Relaxation

This soothing class combines the peaceful practices of meditation and Yin Yoga to help you release tension and cultivate inner calm. Through long-held, passive stretches targeting the deep connective tissues, you’ll gently open the body while allowing the mind to relax and reset.
